Since few years the sharp interest is growing about the transformative values of the Internet of Things (IoT) for connected home and building automation. Thus, keeping our VE Smart home/ buildings/cities becomes more appropriate and will distinguish the delicate differences among them. The BMS (Building Management System) is largely 'analog' and not necessarily interactive or remotely controllable. Whereas a smart home is more likely to be fully 'digital' and remotely controllable via the Internet.IoT research firm, ‘Statista’ recently released a report that indicated the global smart home market could grow as much as $53.45 billion in size by 2022. On account of the pandemic situation, the emerging demand of low-cost sensors and wireless technologies in smart home are drastically changing the indoor environments, where we work and live, enabling higher levels of efficiency, comfort and safety. Given the many common use cases between a smart home and smart building including climate control, lighting automation or security and fire safety. The opportunity collaborates multiple eco-system of IoT, automation & AI components.
